Free time suggestions
Oktoberfest: Oktoberfest is the whole reason you’re here. Head on back to the tent for another round of unbeatable fun.
Eisbach: Looking for something outside of Oktoberfest? Watch the urban surfers in Munich’s Eisbach (translation: ice brook) as they take on a permanently flowing manmade wave. For those about to hang ten, we salute you. - Day 5: Free Day in Munich or Optional Neuschwanstein Castle Excursion + Farewell Dinner
Munich is so charming, you can almost swear it’s whispering sweet nothings in your ear all day (it’s a shame they’re in German). Hope you’re having a blast in this Bavarian Beauty, because today the city is yours to explore, and the pretzels are yours to devour.
Free time suggestions
Englischer Garten: Have a German beer at a Chinese tower in an English garden in Munich’s sprawling Englischer Garten.
Currywurst: Sample a fascinating German mish-mash of flavors. Currywurst is a sausage with curry powder and ketchup, invented after WWII to satisfy the occupying British soldiers who missed the curry flavors brought to England by Indian immigrants.
Farewell Dinner
Share some last laughs and revisit the best moments of the trip at this included farewell dinner with the group.Neuschwanstein Castle Tour (extra cost)
Make the trek to the Bavarian countryside to see one of the world’s most famous castles (and the inspiration for Sleeping Beauty’s), Neuschwanstein. Take a tour and learn about the kooky kings who lived here.
Why wait? Save money by booking this optional excursion before your trip departs. - Day 6: Fly Home
Auf Wiedersehen, Freunde!
Translation: Goodbye, friends. Your next destination awaits—home. Before you head to the airport, enjoy your last few moments together. Take one more group photo. Grab that final drink. (Fine, maybe a couple of drinks.) But this isn’t goodbye. It’s “See you later.” The only question is, where?

The best way to do Oktoberfest!
Caitlin, traveled Sep. 2023Great Oktoberfest trip. So much was included, would highly suggest using Ultimate Break for your Oktoberfest trip.
It’s like a State Faire— BUT WAY BETTER
Rachel, traveled Sep. 2023I was honestly weary about whether or not I was going to like the Oktoberfest trip because I don’t really drink that much, but it was an ABSOLUTE BLAST. Everyone got Dirndls and Lederhosen to fit in with the locals and it was such a cool experience to share with new friends.
Just do it.
John, traveled Sep. 2023The ultimate trip for Oktoberfest with some of the most kind and respectful people I’ve met in a long time. You will meet excellent people who are looking for positive vibes and lifelong memories. Enjoy it!
