EF Ultimate Break Gift of Travel Terms & Conditions

EF Ultimate Break’s “Gift of Travel” promotion is valid from 12/3/2025 through 12/31/2025. Purchaser will make a down payment for a designated recipient to use as pre-paid travel credit towards any EF Ultimate Break tour with a departure date prior to 12/31/2027. The recipient must contact EF Ultimate Break to apply travel credit to a booking. Travel credit can be combined with all promotions, including Repeat discounts, but travel credit is not redeemable for cash. Issuer
This Gift Card (“Card”) is issued by EF World Journeys International, Ltd. (d/b/a EF Ultimate Break) (“Issuer” or “EF Ultimate Break”). By purchasing, accepting, using, or possessing this Card, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Purpose; Use of Card; Expiration Date
The Card may be redeemed only for eligible EF Ultimate Break tour programs. The Card cannot be redeemed for cash except as may be required by law.
The Card is valid for seven (7) years following the date of issuance.
Age-Based Redemption Restriction
EF Ultimate Break tour programs are designed for travelers between the ages of 18-35. As a result, the Card can only be redeemed by an individual who meets the age eligibility requirements at the time of travel on an EF Ultimate Break tour program. If the original purchaser or holder exceeds the applicable age limit, the Card remains valid but must be transferred to an eligible recipient.
Transferability
The Card is fully transferable at no cost. No transfer, activation, or reassignment fees apply. The Issuer may require reasonable verification (e.g., Card number or proof of purchase) solely to prevent fraud.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards
The Issuer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Cards.
No Credit Relationship
The Card is not a debit, credit, or charge card and does not create any credit or deposit account or other financial relationship with the Issuer.
Fraud and Misuse
Issuer may refuse to honor the Card if it was obtained fraudulently, unlawfully, or in violation of these Terms & Conditions.
Changes to Terms
To the extent permitted by law, the Issuer may modify these Terms & Conditions. Changes will not reduce the value of any previously issued Card and will not impose any new fees.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
