Your responsibilities as the Group Coordinator are to communicate your chosen trip and dates to your Tour Consultant, recruit your group to sign up, and act as a point person between Ultimate Break and your Group Members (travelers on your group trip). EF Ultimate Break handles everything else (logistics, payments, flights, etc.).

Nooo! The only thing you’re responsible for is getting your group together—we handle everything else. Once everyone is all signed up, you’ll enjoy your vacation just like everyone else. Plus, you’ll have a dedicated Tour Director who is in charge and responsible for everyone during your trip, including you and your group. 😊 

Once you meet with your dedicated Tour Consultant and confirm the details of your trip, they will provide you with a link that sends people directly to the booking page for your trip. As the Group Coordinator, you’ll enroll on your trip first and then send the link to invite others to join you. Only people who sign up through your personalized link will count toward your Group Coordinator Credit! 

Many Group Coordinators have existing networks of potential travelers. Think: friends, family, neighbors, colleagues, book club members, hairstylists…you get the idea!

Your dedicated Tour Consultant and Account Manager will support you throughout the process of planning your tour and growing your group of travelers. Our team can create personalized resources for you that you can use to spread the word (slide decks, social media posts, etc.)

Definitely! With a group of 20 or more, you can travel privately with some extra perks. Check out our Private Community Tours page for more information.

If you have a promo code that you want to apply to your trip, you can add it to your account by reaching out to your Tour Consultant. However, promo codes and sales cannot be stacked with any Group Coordinator credits or benefits for your Group Members. 

The sale price cannot be combined with any Group Coordinator credits or discounts for your Group Members.

The discount gets applied once the group has at least 6 paying travelers enrolled, including you, the Group Coordinator. If your group falls below a group threshold due to cancellations or rebookings, you will be held to the discounts of your current group size. If you drop below 6 travelers, all Group Coordinator credit and group discounts will be removed. Group discounts and Group Coordinator credit lock in at 60 days prior to departure.

Not necessarily, you would need to put in a request to travel together with your Account Manager!
