Mai Kusayanagi
Production Manager at EF
Mai is the Production Manager on the Operations team—based in Japan—working across all EF Tours products, including EF Ultimate Break. Born in Japan and raised between the U.S., Turkey, Belgium, and Canada, her global upbringing gives her a unique lens on travel and collaboration. She finds joy in connecting people from different backgrounds to work toward a shared goal. Outside of work, you’ll usually find her in the mountains, hiking the Japanese Alps in the summer or hitting the ski slopes in the winter. But as a city girl at heart, most weekends she’s cycling around Tokyo in search of her next favorite coffee spot.
