What’s the Fully Refundable Booking Period?

During our Fully Refundable Booking Period from November 10 – November 28, 2025, refunds are available until 11:59PM PT December 31, 2025, or until 100 days prior to tour departure, whichever is sooner, for travelers who enroll in EF’s Automatic Payment Plan or pay in full at the time of booking.
After your Fully Refundable Booking Period ends, you’ll still have several options for modifying your reservation. Those who enroll in Travel Protection are eligible to rebook their tour for no charge. Those who enroll in Enhanced Travel Protection are eligible to receive an applicable refund and a future travel voucher for the amount of any cancellation fees minus the cost of the travel protection package.
