What does the trip planning process look like?

Typically, we begin planning influencer trips about 12 months ahead of your chosen departure date. We are flexible, though, so we’ll do our best to accommodate shortened or extended timelines. We start by sending a survey to your audience to gauge interest and help pick your perfect trip. Then, our teams build your trip behind the scenes. Once the trip is ready, you work with your dedicated Tour Consultant to plan your launch and recruitment strategy.

Who will lead my trip?

You're the face of the trip, but the logistics are on us. Every group travels with an expert Tour Director who handles it all: transportation, attractions, the behind-the-scenes stuff nobody wants to deal with. They know the region inside and out, so you can focus on curating the vibe and bringing your followers along for the trip of a lifetime!

Yes! As the host of the trip, your spot is free when you recruit a big group. Your free spot can include flights with us or not, it's up to you! You're only responsible for non-included meals, insurance, tipping, and any upgrades you'd like to add to your trip.

Can I bring someone on my trip?

Depending on how many people you recruit, you can bring a plus-one on your influencer trip free of charge. Reach out to one of our experts for the specifics.
