TDs, it’s YOUR turn to travel.
As Group Coordinators, Tour Directors can experience EF Ultimate Break as a regular traveler. Just sign up 20 friends for a trip—and your spot will be free.
Why be a Group Coordinator?
On top of some sweet perks, you’ll get to enjoy EF Ultimate Break from the other side—meaning no Tour Director responsibilities, just epic travel (and some extra cash).
How it works

Pick a trip
We have 120+ trips (but you already knew that). Choose your departure and we’ll do the rest.

Promote
Share your promo code with friends, family, or your favorite travelers to earn your perks.
Are you 36 or older?
EF Ultimate Break trips are usually open only to 18–35s, but Tour Directors and their sign-ups who are 36 or over can travel, too.
18–35
If EVERYONE in your group is 35 or under, you can choose from one of our 120+ public trips that we have ready to go.
36+
If anyone in your group is 36 or over, we’ll build you a private departure! You’ll just need to recruit at least 20 people.
Your rewards
The more travelers you sign up for a trip, the better the perks. 30+ travelers will earn you a private departure and cash bonuses.

If for any reason you have to cancel a public tour that’s currently live on the Ultimate Break site, standard cancellation terms apply. We’ll review cancellations for private tours on a case-by-case basis.
If Ultimate Break cancels the trip, then all travelers will be given the opportunity to choose a different departure date or receive a full refund. If there's low enrollment on a public tour that’s currently live on the Ultimate Break site, standard cancellation terms apply. For a private departure, if there are fewer than 20 travelers signed up by the cutoff date, Ultimate Break will cancel the trip and give travelers the chance to switch to a public trip if they’re 35 or younger—anyone older than 35 and we can move the trip to a later date.
