Earn a free trip with your sorority

Absolutely! Anyone 35 and under is welcome to join you on tour. If you have super specific questions about participants (like can non-US citizens join the tour? Hint: yes, but with some specifications), it's best to ask your Trip Expert!

As a coordinator, the credit amount applied to your tour increases as the group size increases. For travelers, the benefits increase as the group size increases only if you choose to give everyone (including yourself) the same shared discount outlined in the "Shared discount” table above.

The type of representative you are for Ultimate Break depends on where you are in life and what you're looking for. Are you a young professional who wants to travel with friends? Be a Group Coordinator. In Greek life? Sorority Coordinator is right for you. Campus Ambassadors and Brand Ambassadors do pretty much the same thing as far as getting a group together to travel, but there’s an application process. Does Sorority Coordinator sound up your alley? Nooo! The only thing you’re responsible for is getting your group together—we handle everything else. Once everyone is all signed up, you’ll enjoy your vacation just like everyone else. Plus, you’ll have a dedicated Tour Director who is in charge and responsible for everyone during your trip, including you and your group. 😊

Once your group has 6 paying travelers (including you), you’ll start to earn credit toward your trip. Once the total group hits 11 (still including you!), you can choose to either receive a $3,000 credit toward your trip OR you and everyone else in your group can get a larger discount of $350 per person, which increases from there as more people enroll.

As a Sorority Coordinator, you’ll enroll on your trip first and then invite others to join you. Your dedicated Trip Expert, (provided after you submit the form below), will give you a link and code that sends people directly to the booking page for your trip. Only people who sign up through your personalized link will count toward your trip, but if there are any that make a mistake, just tell your Trip Expert and they’ll fix it for you no problem.

All you need to get started is your personalized trip link to give out to friends, family, all your TikTok followers, and ask them to join you. Once you’ve picked a trip and date and finalized the deets, you’ll get your link.

The discount gets applied once the group has at least 6 paying travelers enrolled, including you, Sorority Coordinator.

While travelers can only apply one promotional discount to their tour with a code, all the codes can be complemented with any sale that is available for that tour. For example, is there a $900 off deal for Black Friday? You can add the $200 Groups discount on top of that.

Definitely! It’s as simple as signing up for a trip with an already-existing date. Your group’s size must be at least 15 people and there’s a private group supplement for groups under 30. Ask your Trip Expert about how to get started on a private tour.
