Itinerary

Day 1: Overnight flight

Board your overnight flight bound for London. Whether this is a first-time trip to London and Scotland or you just needed to go back, you’re in for an amazing week. Sit back, shut your eyes, and do as the English do and try and catch some “zeds.”

Day 2: Arrive in London + Welcome Dinner

Welcome to London! Fancy a pint? Kidding, there will be plenty of time for that later. Here, history is out-steeped only by all the tea, where palaces meet pubs, buzzing streets border famous parks, and buses are two stories tall. In the tale of art, food, and culture, London has serious main character energy, and you’re about to find out why it’s one of the most visited cities in the world.

In the evening, enjoy your Welcome Dinner. Hosted by your Tour Director, this kickoff dinner is all about meeting your fellow travelers, swapping stories, and easing into the rest of the trip ahead.

Today’s highlights
  • Arrive at the airport to meet your Tour Director and fellow travelers as they arrive.
  • Transfer to your hotel to check into your accommodations.
  • Get familiar with the area around your hotel on an intro walk with your Tour Director and check out sights like the River Thames, Trafalgar & Leicester Squares, and Covent Garden.
  • Dig into the first meal of your trip with your entire group at your Welcome Dinner.
