Simply call us at 1‑800‑766‑2645 and we’ll book you over the phone, apply your voucher, and answer any other questions you have.
Or, to book online, select your itinerary and date and then click “Book Now.” Enter your traveler information and select your optional excursions, rooming options, and whether you want trip protection. You will be asked to pay for the deposit at the time of booking. After you confirm and book, chat us on the site or call us at 1‑800‑766‑2645 to apply your voucher. Once we apply your voucher, you'll be refunded this amount (if your trip is the same or less than the voucher.)
Each traveler needs to book their own trip (see “How do I book a tour?”). In the Rooming Options section of the checkout, each traveler should indicate the other travel companion(s) name(s) in the Roommate field. Please note that Standard Rooming is all same sex. If travelers want to share a room with travelers of another sex, they will need to request the Twin or Double Room upgrade. Once each individual has completed their booking, we also recommend you inform your Trip Expert via phone, email or chat of your travel companions so they can confirm it has been noted in your account for Flight purposes as well.

Your voucher can be applied to the tour cost, optional excursions, rooming upgrades and trip protection. If your voucher amount is more than the full trip cost, the difference will remain on your voucher with the same terms and conditions.
If you book online, you will be asked to pay for the deposit at the time of booking. After confirming your booking, be sure to chat us on the site or call us at 1-800-766-2645 to apply your voucher. Once we apply your voucher, you'll be refunded the deposit amount (if your trip is the same or less than the voucher.)

If your trip departs in more than 60 days, we highly recommend you sign up for our interest-free automatic payment plan. If your trip is within 60 days, you will need to pay the remaining difference in full. Once we have applied your voucher our team will reach out to you for payment or to enroll you on the payment plan.
During checkout you will be required to create an EF Ultimate Break account and password. Once you are confirmed on the trip, you can use those credentials to access and manage your booking any time via account.efultimatebreak.com.

Need free time recommendations? They have 12. Looking for the best local café? They’ll take you there. Want to know if that new hat is working for you? They’ll tell you. Tour Directors are also trained in all safety protocols and are prepared for emergency situations.
Depending on your trip, you may stay in boutique hostels, standard hotels, or a mix of both. All of our accommodations are hand-picked by our team of local experts. You'll always stay in a safe and convenient location, with up to 6 people per room (your new travel BFFs!), in rooms that are only for EF Ultimate Break travelers.
